Studio

  • We are located in the back of ESO LIVE-WELL. PLEASE enter through the side gate located to the left of the front door. Walk back to the second door on your right, just past the stairs. Do not enter through the front door of ESO.

    Take Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) or Interstate 55 and find us on Newport Blvd. We are located on the right side of Newport Blvd. between 28th and 29th Streets. (just past El Ranchito & across from Laventina's Pizza)

  • There is ample parking available near the studio, even during high-traffic months.

    Metered Parking Spots: Directly in front of the studio on Newport Blvd (always open) OR 28th and 29th Streets and other nearby streets surrounding the studio.

    The nearest Metered Lots are on 30th Street and 28th Street.

    Parking Meter App: Download the ParkMobile App to make parking effortless. Pay directly from your phone and get alerted when the meter is timing out.

    Free Neighborhood Parking: A quick walk only 1-2 blocks away. Right off Balboa Blvd between 30th and 28th streets. Be sure to check street signs for street cleaning days.

the routine

  • The MAT(make it hot) workout is a mat pilates class utilizing hand or ankle weights for a full-body sculpt. The room is heated, and temperatures may reach up to 90°. This class is 50 minutes long. Please wear grippy sox and get ready to sweat your face off.

  • TFR Reformer class is inspired by classical pilates with an athletic twist. Each class is 55 minutes long and is not heated. Grippy socks are optional.

  • Yes! That being said, show up ready to work out. We want to ensure you get the best workout possible while at The Full Routine, so all our workouts are pre-programmed for the week. You’ll get the same workout no matter which instructor or time you are at the studio. Always listen to your body, tell your instructor about any injuries you may have, and modify as needed. If you are unsure if The Full Routine workouts are for you, please call the studio, and we will help you determine which classes will best fit. Our number is (949) 903-5749.

  • A towel (we do not have towel service at this location), water, and a smile. We provide mats and weights.

  • Be prepared to sweat. We love anything comfortable and moisture-wicking. Please refrain from wearing apparel with zippers. They can damage the carriage of the reformer. Grippy socks are required for MAT (make it hot) workouts and optional for Reformer workouts.

Policies

  • Classes at The Full Routine will be available to book on Sundays at 9:30 am PST for the following seven (7) days.

  • Create an account HERE, and be sure to purchase class credits. From there, head to our schedule and select a class that works for you. You’ll get an email from us confirming your spot.

  • Text or call the studio. The number is (949) 903-5749.

  • You can cancel yourself out of class via our website or by calling us at the studio up to twenty-four (24) hours before class begins. If you booked a mat or reformer using a class credit and cancel after the designated window, you will forfeit the class credit. If you booked a mat or reformer using a membership and cancel after the designated window, you will be charged $20.

  • If you booked a mat or reformer using a class credit and are a no-show, you will forfeit the class credit. If you booked a mat or reformer using an unlimited membership and are a no-show, you will be charged $35.
