  • There's plenty of free parking in the lot!  We're located in the center of the La Paz Courtyards, neighbors with Second Reef Deli and the Greek Bistro.

the routine

  • TFR Mat is a mat pilates class utilizing hand or ankle weights for a full-body sculpt.  The room is heated, and temperatures may reach up to 90°. Please wear shoes, bring a towel and water.  We have water for sale.

  • Yes! That being said, show up ready to work out. We want to ensure you get the best workout possible while at The Full Routine, so all our workouts are pre-programmed for the week.  You’ll get the same workout no matter which instructor or time you are at the studio. Always listen to your body, tell your instructor about any injuries you may have, and modify as needed.  If you are unsure if TRF MAT is for you, please call the studio, and we will help you determine which instructor is the best fit.   • A towel (we do not have towel service), water, and a smile.  We provide mats and weights.

  • Be prepared to sweat. We love anything comfortable and moisture-wicking. Please refrain from wearing apparel with zippers. Please wear shoes to TFR Mat.

Policies

  • Classes at The Full Routine will be available to book on Sundays at 9:30 am PST for the following seven (7) days.

  • Create an account HERE, and be sure to purchase class credits. From there, head to our schedule and select a class that works for you. You’ll get an email from us confirming your spot.

  • Text or call the studio.

  • You can cancel yourself out of class via our website or by calling us at the studio up to twelve (12) hours before class begins. If you booked a mat or reformer using a class credit and cancel after the designated window, you will forfeit the class credit. If you booked a mat or reformer using a membership and cancel after the designated window, you will be charged $20.

  • If you booked using a class credit and are a no-show, you will forfeit the class credit. If you booked using an unlimited membership and are a no-show, you will be charged $35.
