Meet our founder

Cassie Piasecki

“The

Behind The Full Routine Studio stands our visionary founder, Cassie Piasecki. Cassie has 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She is an AADP Holistic Health Practitioner and Nutritious Life certified. Between teaching Pilates, indoor cycling, dance, and her personal training clients, she has taught fitness to over 10,000 people. She is certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, the Pilates Method Alliance, Schwinn Indoor Cycling, and Yoga Booty Ballet. From 2017-2020, Cassie served as the CEO of GritCycle.

A true fitness guru and passionate advocate for optimal living, Cassie embarked on a personal journey of self-discovery that unveiled the life-changing benefits of habit stacks.

Guided by her mission to empower individuals to achieve their desired results, Cassie envisioned a studio where every aspect of The Full Routine would be cultivated, ensuring a transformative experience for all who walk through our doors.

Dre is a Newport Beach native who spent her childhood at the beach and playing every sport under the sun. Fitness plays an important role in her life for both its physical and mental benefits. She is passionate, fun, lighthearted, and patient. Get ready to move your body to some oldies but goodies and fresh beats!

Kelsey

Kelsey is a Southern California native with a deep-rooted passion for health and wellness. Throughout her life, she has been dedicated to serving others, a commitment that led her to a decade-long journey in the health and fitness industry. However, it was a personal injury that introduced her to Pilates, and it has since turned into her passion.  

Ashley

Ashley has been in the health and fitness space for 15+ years. With her kinesiology, dance, and boutique fitness background, you can count on her to bring a ton of energy, good vibes, and a kickass workout.

Audrey

Audrey grew up with a passion for movement. Her background in competitive dance, kinesiology, and yoga will bring a fun, new element to your workout. You will leave her class feeling connected to your body, empowered, and confident!
