You show up. You sweat it out in the heated room. You come back the next day and do it again. Now every TFR Mat® class counts toward something more.
Routine Rewards, The Full Routine's new loyalty program, is officially live in the TFR app. It's our way of saying thank you to the members who make our Orange County and Los Angeles studios feel like home. The more classes you take, the more you unlock: birthday credits, quarterly gifts, loyalty-only events, and perks from some of our favorite brands.
What Is Routine Rewards?
Routine Rewards is The Full Routine's tiered loyalty program. It rewards consistency: every TFR Mat® class you take earns you one point, and your point total determines your loyalty tier. Your points calculate automatically in the TFR app. That's also where you'll track your progress and see the benefits you've unlocked.
The best part: Routine Rewards is open to all TFR clients. Whether you visit with a membership, a class package, or ClassPass, you have a TFR account that tracks your classes, which means you're already earning.
The Three Routine Rewards Tiers: Insider, Icon, and A-List
Routine Rewards has three tiers. Insider starts at 20 points (about 1–2 classes a week), Icon at 30 points (about 2–3 classes a week), and A-List at 60 points (about 4–5 classes a week).
Insider is for clients averaging 1–2 TFR Mat® classes per week. It's the perfect starting point if you're building your routine. Insiders receive a complimentary birthday credit, a quarterly gift starting January 2027, and loyalty benefits from our brand partners.
Icon is for clients averaging 2–3 classes a week. Icons get everything Insiders do: a complimentary birthday credit, a quarterly gift starting January 2027, and brand partner benefits. They also get a quarterly event starting January 2027 and a $5 credit toward any in-studio retail item, redeemable once per season.
A-List is our top tier, for clients averaging 4–5 TFR Mat classes a week. A-Listers receive a complimentary birthday credit they can use themselves or gift to a friend, plus a quarterly gift starting January 2027. They also get quarterly events starting this fall, a welcome gift the first time they reach A-List, entry into a seasonal giveaway raffle, and loyalty benefits from our brand partners.

How to Access Routine Rewards in the TFR App
Finding your points and benefits takes two taps:
Open the TFR app and tap the squares icon in the bottom menu.
Tap the star to see your points, your current tier, and your benefits.
Hot tip: If you can't see the new buttons or Routine Rewards in the TFR app, delete the app and re-download it from your app store.

How do I earn points?
Each TFR Mat® class you take earns 1 point. Points calculate automatically in the TFR app, where you can track your progress and view your benefits.
Do I need to be a TFR member to join Routine Rewards?
No. Routine Rewards is open to all TFR clients, including those who use a membership, class packages, or ClassPass. Every client has a TFR account that tracks classes toward Routine Rewards.
How do I find Routine Rewards in the TFR app?
Tap the squares icon in the app's bottom menu, then tap the star. If you don't see it, delete and re-download the TFR app.
What happens to my TYB coins?
We have announced that we are leaving the TYB platform and our last day is October 14th. We have migrated users’ TYB points to their TFR loyalty status. If you have not received your points migration, email paisley@thefullroutine.com.

The Full Routine is based in Orange County, California, and serves clients across Orange County and the greater Los Angeles area. We have studios in Newport Beach, Laguna Hills, and South Bay.
